Stay away from SY. There is a reason this place is bleeding pilots - I heard another 8 resigned last week.
The pilot group is the only good quality about this place - the management is abysmal. A 'senior safety manager' sent an email telling pilots to escort the FAA off the property at the training center, the ASAP program was suspended for a while because FltOps violated the ERC process, and rumors abound that the operating certificate was almost suspended.
Go to Allegiant, go to Spirit, Frontier, etc. 2.67 hour vacation days, middle seat DH everywhere (sometimes 2-3 legs), no holiday pay, no picking up on days off, and the $20,000 training contract that screams Great Lakes style management. The HR director is a 2 bit attorney that rules with an iron fist. There's better places to be unless you live in MSP and have a second career doing something satisfying.
