Scheduling can't move the RAP times. Only planning can move the start time by 3 hours for changing conditions that are known before schedules are published. The language is "scheduled" which means before the final line award. If your scheduled start time is changing you should call a rep.

Heard contract talks are starting early to get closer to industry standards with the old Delta guy leading the charge. anyone see or hear any movement on that from the inside?
