I have had nothing but positive experiences from crew schedulers here. Especially Eboni

What about M.2.g. Our reserve periods can be modified quite a lot in fact.

Exactly. If you’re given 24 hours notice they can switch your reserve period as much as they want. If it’s less then 24 hours notice they can switch you once a month. Nothing like commuting up to sit reserve and being switched to a red eye reserve when there are no red eyes... It happens. Let’s not forget about other great contract provisions such as “no block or better” and “no holiday pay.” Really nice for an airline that intentionally underblocks flights and makes it’s money flying around the holidays.

Is there even another company that pays "no block or better?"

Must be real motivating when sitting on the deicing pad in MSP!

I think they had an on time performance of 60% a couple months ago. They under block flights which doesn’t help them out. The airline motto is tripping over nickels to pick up dimes... If they paid block or better the on time performance would improve drastically...

Anyone pick up any dimes over the holiday? Heard contract talks are starting early to get closer to industry standards with the old Delta guy leading the charge. anyone see or hear any movement on that from the inside?
