Scheduling can't move the RAP times. Only planning can move the start time by 3 hours for changing conditions that are known before schedules are published. The language is "scheduled" which means before the final line award. If your scheduled start time is changing you should call a rep.

Exactly. If you’re given 24 hours notice they can switch your reserve period as much as they want. If it’s less then 24 hours notice they can switch you once a month. Nothing like commuting up to sit reserve and being switched to a red eye reserve when there are no red eyes... It happens. Let’s not forget about other great contract provisions such as “no block or better” and “no holiday pay.” Really nice for an airline that intentionally underblocks flights and makes it’s money flying around the holidays.

I think they had an on time performance of 60% a couple months ago. They under block flights which doesn’t help them out. The airline motto is tripping over nickels to pick up dimes... If they paid block or better the on time performance would improve drastically...
