Do I need high performance endorsement?

Hello,

I have more than 700 turbine PIC time with a foreign license and type ratings. I converted my license from foreign to FAA CPL ASEL AMEL IR , I haven't flown any high performance US registered aircraft yet.

Do I need a high performance endorsement to fly high performance aircraft ? or Should I call FSDO?

Yes you do.
The rule says:

Except as provided in paragraph (f)(2) of this section, no person may act as pilot in command of a high-performance airplane (an airplane with an engine of more than 200 horsepower), unless the person has—

(i) Received and logged ground and flight training from an authorized instructor in a high-performance airplane, or in a full flight simulator or flight training device that is representative of a high-performance airplane, and has been found proficient in the operation and systems of the airplane; and

(ii) Received a one-time endorsement in the pilot's logbook from an authorized instructor who certifies the person is proficient to operate a high-performance airplane.
Authorized instructor means an Instructor certified under 14 CFR Part 61 or in under words an FAA certified CFI.
There is no exemption for your foreign PIC time.

you need it but you can get hired without it and an APD at your new airline can give you the endorsement. They count as CFIs and the sim can be used for the endorsement.

What are your type ratings?

1) I have a hard time imagining a lower enforcement priority than this for the FAA - don't worry
2) getting it won't be hard regardless
3) There is a grandfather clause if you happen to have been flying before 1989 or whenever this started

How you could even say this is beyond me.
Its a requirement.
The duration of the suspension will be based on the number of flights you have done without meeting the certification requirements.
Let’s turn this around, what requirements do I need to meet prior to flying commercial in Germany? Thank you.
