With about a year on the airplane, I have seen packs-off take off about 5 times.

That's because you fly the ER if I'm not mistaken. The domestic small engine 767s do them almost every time.

used to do them all the time(packs off) out of vegas in the summer time in the old 7 deuce, flaps 5,also,and we still didnt rotate till the 12000 foot mark,on 25R,I felt like shouting fore as we climbed (staggered)over that golf course near the end of the runway.

I remember being an F/E on some of those 727 LAS Takeoffs....finger on the CSD cooler switch while rolling...waiting for the switch to snap back to the normal position as the mains broke ground...and wondering when it would happen!
