would a pilot fresh out of flight school here in the US, have a better opportunity getting hired overseas then they would here in the US? i hear alot of CFI's trying to put application in overseas.

In a word no.
Unless you are a citizen of that foreign country you chances are very slim with no/little experience of course Africa not withstanding that argument.
