Anyone who has flown that airplane for a while knows where those two CB's are, and they should obviously be collared. But they are on the FO's side, and one of them is down low so there is some potential for an excitable noob to pull the wrong one I guess.

Survivability of a runaway that sticks full-up would probably depend on W&B. I imagine with a full boat, a jumpseater, and light cargo/baggage load you could fly it.
