Cell phone usage on Jblue
 
At what point do they prohibit cell phone usage on a flight? Push-back, T.O. etc?

Pretty much all airlines require phones to be turned off when the main cabin door is shut for departure.

after landing when taxiing in you can use your phone usually.

Eh, give him the benefit of the doubt. In some parts of the world you cannot turn your phone on until inside the terminal.

Then again the "Air Hostesses" aren't as aggressive as they are in the US.
