Yeah, totally true. There was a whole string of "questionable" decisions made on that flight, we were diverting and were not familiar with the area at all, basically just wanted to get down. Looking back, there were many more airports close by that would have suited us better (Metro, Greenwood, I'm sure there are more)...but long story short, everything ended well and we ended up learning something in the process.
