TSA seniority reservation

Can anyone currently at TSA comment on how the seniority reservation program works? Would taking the maximum 3 months get someone IAD/DCA out of training and if so how long sitting reserve?

I think you'll be able to get anything you want. They are short on pilots.

If you used the full 90 days of SRP you would have six months of seniority by the time you finished IOE. (90 days of training included) It's hard to say exactly how that would pan out for you, but as you know, seniority is everything and even one week could make a difference.

Current new hires are going to IAD/DCA with none on the current standing bid list trying to get there. The bottom two line-holders for December IAD/DCA were hired in May and August.
