For any current TSA pilots - how is it working for TSA?

Its a regional. So you will have your good days and your bad.

On the plus, there are alot of great people here. Your going to have fun times. Obviously once you hold a line your QOL will be huge. Also if you can live in base you will be way head!

That said, our scheduling dept is probably our biggest liability. To be fair though, thats true for every 121 ever. Scedulers are typically underpaid and overworked. So your not necessarily going to find a quility employee. For this reason, we do struggle.

So reserve is going to suck hard. Once your past that things do get a-lot better. But even with our brand of deficiencies, it’s important to realize that every regional has them. So pick a regional where you can be home based in a reasonable amount of time and go with that.
