The email was vague about what soft pay the company is coming after. Only the negotiating committee knows the specifics. Though I've heard in the past that the company is losing more money on min day than they anticipated when they agreed to it. I can only assume that is one issue. We have a 4:15 min day for line holders, which is the highest for the regionals (unless that has changed recently) For example, gojet only has 4.0 hours and has a cutout on the first and last day of a trip for their min day, and thus it isn't a true min day.
Other soft pay: As a line holder, If they add something to your schedule and then remove it you still get paid. We have 150% extension pay if they add flying to the end of a trip within an hour, or 175%+ pay off they add flying on a day off or after an hour of scheduled check in. Cancellation pay. Reroute pay that goes day by day, instead of the footprint of the trip. We get 4.25 hours if go- home- day goes past 1AM. We used to get paid by scheduled average time or actual, now it is block or better... as I recall that seems to have added ~10 min to every leg, so several hours per month. Who knows what items they are actually going after. But any of these would show up on my paycheck.
I have only credited under 100 hours once in the last year.
And this year so far, I've been stuck in all kinds of crazy weather, and I've only flown about 60 hours per month, but still crediting 100+.

Thanks for sharing your time information. I'm still working my other job while getting fixed wing ratings. I get paid 31$ an hour now but it's for a 40 hr work week. Trying to see of I'm gonna make more money or break even with the 37$ an hour with TSA. My current checks are about 1700$ biweekly. I'm ready to fly full time though. If it's less I know it will be temporary.

If that is 1250 after taxes I can work with that. I can work with less and still be fine. Just planning ahead that's all.

That’s what I averaged after taxes. Only stipulation is I don’t have medical through company so not sure if there are deductions that come out of pay for that
