The company has given us the requirements to flow to Frontier and the details of the program. Any agreements outside of that are kept between the companies. All I can tell you is TSA pilots that have applied directly to Frontier have been given a letter stating they can only apply through the flow.

Can you opt out of the flow, or is it automatic by being hired at TSA?

Once you meet the requirements you can apply for the flow with the company. You are not automatically entered into the flow.

For what it is worth, I just interviewed with TSA in November and they told me in the interview that this was my Frontier interview as well.

Not surprising they are saying that because once you meet the flow criteria, the only way you can be denied are excessive training failures, poor attendance, or disciplinary issues.
