Solid Regional, based on over a year on the line. Training Dept instructors are top notch, as are Line instructors and Check Airmen.
With turnover due to hiring, you can realistically be in the left seat in a year to 18months, and hold a line quickly.
Longer West US stage lengths means more hours and pay. Lots of soft pay even if WX and MX intervene.
If you look forward to leading a crew, flying a semi-modern jet in the Rockies, and like to make long term friendships, check out this place.
Far from perfect, but a good start to your 121 career.

If I wanted RDU or STL what time frame could I expect to get the base of my choosing and will making captain cause my base to shift again?

I k ow its probably a dumb idea to relocate for a regional but If it made life a little easier I am considering it. I know the order as of now is

Everyone is going to den. New hires and capt upgrades as of late. I wouldn’t ever plan on going to rdu. It’s a one plane seasonal operation

RDU is not available to junior folks now as its mainly a seasonal Charter hub.
Yes, when you make Captain you’re junior again. But compared to most other regionals, our reserve time is super short, with multiple classes pushing through behind you.

Hey everyone,
My name's Zach, I am the Field Recruiter based out in Denver. I wanted to post our new RTP Coordinator's contact info for you all. Micah Stanton started last week and is working hard to get the program organized and make this a smooth transition. Feel free to reach out to him if you are in the program and have any questions, or pass along to a buddy in the program. We understand there have been some delays in communication/invoices during this transition.
