According to what I was told, you get:
- $15,000 at the end of IOE (if you have a type rating you get an additional $10,000)
- $15,000 at the end of year one
- $10,000 at the end of year two (forfet if you upgrade to Captain)
- $10,000 at the end of year three (forfeit if you upgrade to Captain)

You're likely not going to see almost half of the bonuses. You'll get the IOE bonus and 1st year, but you'll upgrade before the 2nd/3rd year bonus. Really it's just a lie to inflate the bonus to make it look better, but they'll force you to upgrade before year 2 especially with how bad they need CAs right now.
