How big of a referral bonus do you get for every pilot you get from another regional?

I've thought the same thing every time I see someone post, "hey, TSA pilot, want help getting into XXX? Lemme know."

At PSA that number is $5,000. I don't split those though because a) having access to me during training is more valuable, and b) new hires are already making over triple what I did in total compensation when I got hired.

Additionally, I've been told PSA is paying out additional bonuses for 121 current pilots who can start soon. CLT, DCA, PHL, DAY, ORF, and TYS bases, pretty much all of which are available right after training according to our Mar '20 awards.

Over $50/hour, 24/7 per diem in training, the usual benefits, and WAY better travel bennies.

PM me for more info, preferably before you apply.

LOL.... wow... what a scam.

If my referral told me they wouldn't split it, I'd find someone else who would.

Aint no big deal to me, I've already made plenty doing it my way.

Wow. Tool. Forget the “don’t want to share the bonus” part.... you just sound so arrogant. Way give PSA a bad rep.
