XJT AIP Protects TSA pilots
So the XJT MEC just sent an e-mail out that states there are clearly defined language that protects TSA pilots who transition to ExpressJet. Who has a guess what that could be?

I'd also guess maybe some sort of highly preferential hiring and something to protect their relative seniority within the hired group.
I.e, agree to come over within a certain amount of time to prevent, say, a TSA 15 year CA being junior to a 1 year FO. (Windfall sort of situation.)
I'd also concur with vacation/pay protection.
