Good for you. I made 60K my first year at TSA, or I could have been sweating my ballsack off all winter at guarantee at Blowjet, plus making 11K a month right now in my third year at TSA instead of the pathetic pay rates and work rules at Blowjet (that is $132K for the year for those of us that understand math) AT TSA, so when I do get to the next job in a couple of years I will probably be taking a pay cut for a couple of years. Credit is going to increase even more when we get the min day and other credit building enhancements we will get for PBS. I know that first year pay rate seems impressive to a girl from Blowjet, but when you've been at a regional with a decent pay rate and decent work rules its not worth getting all wee wee'd up for...pretty sad you are so excited for those weak pay rates for the first couple of years at Airways, but hey, if you come from a pathetic place like Gojet they do seem like a step up don't they?
