Default Trans States STL-IAH

I'm trying to jump home tomorrow IAH-STL and I'm running into a bit of a strange problem now that Trans States is doing most of the runs between STL and IAH formerly operated by ExpressJet. ESkyGuide, Passrider, and the like all show 6 flights tomorrow, 4 Trans States, 2 ExpressJet. However, when I attempt to look up the loads and/or list, the Trans States flights don't exist on Coair or United Intranet. Ditto on Tuesday, STL-IAH, supposedly 4 Trans States flights, but none of them appear anywhere on either airline's web. I ran into a similar problem with a SkyWest flight IAH-MCI last week, operated out of the B concourse by Continental but as United Express. That one didn't even show up on ESkyGuide so I didn't even know it existed until I just happened to see it on the screen.

I kind of get what's going on here, but I figured wouldn't the Trans States flights at least be listed on UAL Intranet? Any idea how to check the loads or list other than waiting until I get to the gate? Also, any Waterskiers have any info about how these flights have been doing regarding weight restrictions? Thanks.

Don't know how to look up loads. I figured they would be on UAL but no weight restrictions lately unless they decide to top the tanks.

We just got a memo a couple of days ago about checking loads via Skynet. If you sign into Skynet, there should be a link to something called employeeRES or something like that which will redirect you to Continental's reservation system. I haven't used it yet, but I will report back once I do.

As far as weight restrictions, I haven't run into or heard of any since we started this route. Things should get better as the weather cools down... hopefully... assuming people carry the same number of bags... and the weather stays favorable

I run into the same problem trying to check loads on the Skywest CRJ700 flights. They're not listed in the Continental or United employee travel sites. My plan has always just been to show up and hope, unfortunately.

Right, I went straight to employeeRES on Coair and the only ones listed for tomorrow are the ExpressJet flights. Tuesday all it's got listed are two-leggers through Newark. I guess I'll just take my chances listing at the gate. I should be there in plenty of time. Thanks for the info though guys.

I don't have the ability to look at Continental loads anymore, but I used to do the STL-IAH commute. I can tell you it was always full. I sat in the jumpseat a lot. I rarely got a seat in the back. Talking to one of the Continental agents in STL just last week I was told they've been very full, but the last several weeks loads have been a little lighter.

I know that doesn't really help you with exact loads, but hopefully it helps a little.

I've been doing it a couple times a week over the last 3 months and I've only not made it on my first choice once, and that time there were 20 open seats on the next one an hour later. I've had to ride up front my fair share of them, not lately though. Overall it's been a pretty good commute, though I can see it getting worse as it seems like there are less and less flights every week.

Worked this route last week. It was full..we were pretty tight on the weight and didn't even have an alternate. It's kind of a crap shoot with us (TSA) too as to what type of aircraft you get on the route. I've looked through the last week of it and it doesn't look like they put the older EP models on it (read: damn near impossible to JS on) all have been the newer ones with the higher weight limits, but it one breaks, they may stick a spare on it which could be an EP model. So again, crapshoot, but from my experience, full and tight on the weight.
