Well the ones that were hired at my old company are at DAL, UAL, SWA, FedEx and UPS.

What does the "FO" stand for in CQFO?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

*already laughing at your responses*

Well at the risk of you 'laughing at my response', I still need to ask : what on God's green earth are you talking about? Who is new to the industry? Who is complaining about flying as an FO? Who is getting exactly what they were promised? It doesn't even seem like you've read the last several pages. Honest question: have you? At no point was any of that relevant or on topic.

Wow. The level of unintelligence in this post is astounding. Thanks for trying to tell me I'm new to the industry, however my 10 years at the airlines and (now) 3rd airline beg to differ. You do realize that if we were new to the industry we wouldn't have been able to even qualify for the position? If you have trouble understanding that then I can try and dumb it down to an even more elementary level...just let me know.

Rumor is that the MOU is signed, and will be out tonight, or at latest tomorrow. If what we've heard is true, all outstanding issues that have caused discontent with CQFO's have been addressed. I have yet to actually read the MOU, but seems like the company changed their tune, and decided to work with us instead of against us, as was originally touted. Can't wait to read it.

If all the issues are cleared up that we were concerned about, I can safely say that TSA has a bright future ahead and I'm looking forward to working under the new provisions of this MOU. Great work guys!

this is priceless...please read my post a few pages, then read it again...after that read it again. Then go take a nap, eat a hot pocket and then read it again.

I mean trust me my CAPSLOCK gets stuck too after an hour Creed/Nickleback Fanboy blogs but at least my hands are nice and moisturized.

If anyone is wondering... there are about 30 CQFOS that are on the line and most have flown most have flown between 30-50 hrs left seat and 10-15 right seat others, like myself, are at 80-100 left seat and 10 right. The first group of 5 of us have been on the line for about 2 months.

all the grieving was about Pay rules which the MoU is suppose to clear up and hopefully we will see it today.

enjoy your hot pocket

Could someone please define MOU? I'm assuming it's a contract, but I'm curious to know the abbreviation.

The MOU was just sent out to all pilots attached to an ALPA email. Everyone that has current problems with CQFO stuff should take a look. Hope this helps out your guys' QOL and pay issues.

it's mostly legit, some things have some pretty weak language but at least it's something.

(wish we got some kind of retro pay, but I guess that was our fault for taking their word on it)

Yup, just read through it. This clarifies almost everything that we were having problems with. Finally, with this MOU, I can say that now I feel like coming to TSA was a great move. Thanks to ALPA for getting this signed, and thanks to the company for not trying to screw us over. Now we can all work together, go forward from here and help build this airline into a successful regional carrier.
