SkyWest offers 7500 sign on bonus if you have a type over 12,500 or currently work for 121 / 135 operator

Lol tsa career page takes credit for how fast people moved on to mainline etc. TSA/any regional contributes nothing to your mainline chances.

But its going against the pilot group hence the lawsuit they just filed. Also they are offering a $7500 education bonus to students. Dont know what its contracted out to be term wise but I know they have that number going to students.

Awac has retention bonuses.

Skywest is a good company and people like working there. They have great bases, and a lot of them. Right now, there is movement in the company. They are filling classes without bonuses, so no real need to implement them yet.

I think Mesa has a bonus, sort of. A little one, that is payable over a couple of years. Not really worth spending time looking at it, because it is still way too little.

Mesa has a bonus.

Commutair has a bonus for all new hires, previous 121 gets you more, up to $15k.

Probably military pilots that went to TSA for a brief year and were thereafter quickly scooped up by a legacy...but yeah, it is deceptive and and lame of them to post those "facts".

Even with Mesa's bonus included in compensation, they still fall far short of almost every regional carrier WITHOUT their bonus included in compensation.

Read the fine print for Mesa. 30k bonus paid out over 4years.Laughable.
You can get 20k bonus within the first 6 months plus retention bonus ,plus more than double the hourly rate at any of the WO"s right out the gate.So Mesa is still way behind everyone else.
