Grievances and the RLA
 

How many of you have had a grievance resolved? How long did it take? I had a TWA guy in my jumpseat last week who told me there are ways to expedite the process. He also told me pilots have the right to request for mediation for unsettled grievances at the union's expense. I have scanned through the RLA, but cannot find any such topic. Any info?
