anyone knows a good pilot union which has strong power and can do something in the heart of Africa?

To achieve balance in this industry - Unions are helpful and Necessary.

Union membership is the only thing protecting our jobs in an industry where they continually try to cut your pay and benefits. This doesn't happen in other industries, but in aviation, it is commonplace.

And its commonplace BECAUSE there are pilots willing to work at places with substandard pay and work rules.
