Are You Kidding Me ?

I believe in the program but it should be funded by the pilots otherwise it should go away.

One of my favorite sayings is appropriate as a reply to your posting: "Never document your ignorance".

Untrained ? Unless the FFDO program has changed significantly, these men and women are very well trained in the art of surgical shooting, the type one uses in this situation. The last time I looked, the funding was at the federal level and if you knew anything about this administration, there are unlimited resources for the right purpose.

Your last sentence is laughable and makes me wonder if this was posted as a joke.

Just for your information, several sources in the State Department and other governmental agencies who have contacts with the "bad guys" have said privately that when asked if another attack using the same scenario as in 9/11 would be possible, were told "Probably not". When pressed for an explanation, the response was " because of the unknown concerning weapons in the cockpit". That in and of itself, if reason enough to have a fully funded FFDO program.

G'Luck Mate and thanks for the laughs.:)

I heard Segal's next role might be a FFDO where he shows off his "SURGICAL SHOOTING." I now sleep safer too knowing these elite men and women are flying the skies. Thanks for clearing that up. My sources say that we have a near unmanageable debt, but hey spend now worry about that later.

This is the very first post in this thread. And it proves you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

The very post itself, shot your own argument down. Game over.

How about Air Marshals, border patrol, or highway patrol? The population surely could police itself too. I mean - shouldn't the people living on the border with Mexico self police and stop immigrants from entering the country. Imagine how much money we could save...

The only answer here is to let everyone on the plane carry as many guns as they can, as long as they fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment. I mean really, suppose one of these FFDO boys goes bonkers, or as we say in the industry, “has a JetBlue moment “.:D Now he or she has a firearm and starts spraying the passengers. (I mean customers.) I’d sure feel better if I had two Glocks, a J-frame and a mini 14 to shoot back.

I agree. The game was over with the first posting by vilcas. Probably not even a pilot but absolutely has NO idea what he is talking about. Idle chatter and not worth wasting any more time on.

G'Night Mates;)

I can't believe he was fed for so long.

Vilcas, and the others in the anti-gun or anti-FFDO crowd are sheep. The sheep live in denial, that is what makes them sheep.

Sheep follow quietly or in this case loudly.
