UAL can refuse to fly augmented per the CBA but due to weaker language most likely DAL & AA & their unions will mostly apply for a waiver from FAA.
i'm willing to bet our union would be agreeable to working out a deal...

Every time this comes up I am left scratching my head. Can anybody please point me to exactly HOW it's deficient? Beds too narrow? No climate control? What?

I'm sure they will, and so will the 80% of pilot group that just wants money. We will sign off on an extension to 2022 with a snap up for the carriers signing in 2019 -2020. We will fly the A350 with its bunk issues and forego reserve, sick time accrual, training pay, vacation and everything else that needs to be fixed for a fatter pay check.

I can't wait

Not my problem, you chose to be junior, get sick, and need training. Vacation? Who needs it when you've got an awesome paycheck?

^^^^. agree with awax
and seems, from his posts on the forum, that puppetboy is an unhappy junior guy thinking 80% of the group should negotiate to benefit the lower 20%. crazy when this list changes over time and the lower 20% are not the lower 20% forever

Well then you don't read many of my posts. I'v Ever said I was unhappy I'm actually far from it I love what I do and the plane I fly. I don't mind reserve but it could be a lot better. Unfortunantly the buscappy me me me generation refuses to do anything about it. You had it so bad back when you were a junior puke, I'm sure your blood boils when you see a new hire having it better than you had it.

Get over yourself and leave this place better than you had it from top to bottom. I talked to only 1 CA during the contract extension who actually knew what it said. All the others said LOOK AT THE MONEY!!!! ME, ME, ME and you're stupid for thinking anyway else. Unionism means more than just knowing and following the contract it's about the brotherhood and support from top to bottom.

So again when do you retire so we can finally cut out the disease that holds us back as a pilot group.

When the sarcasm is layered on so thick that there should be no question the post's tone, are emojis really necessary?

You'll have to forgive them. They are all too fired up after the huge Guppy/Safety poop storm in the other thread. Too much sleep lost to detect sarcasm perhaps?
