Newbie Vacancy Bid question
 

Apologies up front for a newbie question. A Standing Bid went through a few months ago. CCS currently says "Staffed Position is Base XXX." "Starting Position is Base YYY." Does this mean that I will move to the new base when actually needed there? Thanks:)

Staffed is where you are currently, Starting is where you have been awarded. Once activated staffed and starting will be the same
