UAL CASS Down
Heads up. CASS down for us (only) as of 8am West Coast time 9/22. Can't get on any offline Jumpseat.

If you are trying on SW make sure you listed correctly. DO NOT put the U in front of your employee number. If you use the U it will deny you in CASS. The gate agent should be able to correct it for you.

It's the whole system. Can't get on Employee Res, can't go through KCM, and can't clear the Jumpseat even with a proper listing off-line. Strangely, I AM able to get a SJ1A pass on us. Hopefully not too long. IT with wings baby!!
