You really can't "prepare" for it.

Plus a successful test has been a changing/moving target the whole time.

True, it's not a static test, the parameters can be changed on the back-end. If you google MMPI you may get some additional info, but in short it's really really tough to game, just be yourself.

Right. Besides being yourself, about the only other big picture advice seems to be is consistent.

But I've know a few guys that said they weren't (by their recollection of how they answered) and got through it.

There was a time long long ago when paper pubs were still being used and Arnold was a younger man than today. When "legacy" hat ware was he only uniform choice....Just sayin'.
