Why? I think the ex con tags are pretty cool, as well as your rectangular crew tag. It's all about the baggage we bring to the table. Pun intended.

I will say I saw my first sUAL guy in his old hat brass and wings. That is over the top and I was embarrassed.

I have never felt “offended” by any other pilot’s baggage jewelery for the record. Move on :)

Completely unacceptable that our Union isn't more vocal about this. Informational picketing at the bare minimum amongst other media plays that spell out our unhappiness.

Apparently they’re too busy trying to ignore the lifetime FC travel issue.

Seriously though, I would have expected some sort of January 1st announcement seeking volunteers for the SPSC, Family Awareness, etc.
I would also LOVE to see a time clock on our website.. for when talks began (in 2018), for the amenable date (2019) and for how many days we are operating without a payraise (Jan 2020).

That being written, I encourage EVERY PILOT to still-
Fly Safe (Our passengers and family deserve that!)
Fly Professionally (Our INDUSTRY deserves that!!)
and
Fly The Contract (Our fellow pilots deserve that!!!)

When you run into someone from the union.. ya need to voice your concerns about what is going on. **** the uniform thread.. where is our next contract and where is the mobilization to get it!

A large percentage of this group is making more than they have ever made in their lives, I see no sense of urgency from most guys I fly with....even after pointing out that UAL is literally printing money.
