Category awards. Once you see any given base loaded with the date of the 17th, then that's when you know it's finally loading.

i wonder how willis would like it if we all waited until the absolute last minute to notify them of being fatigue, sick or missed commutes? Call them one minute prior to report time. Can you imagine the response?

I for one would gladly take a bidding window shortened by two days and get my award two days sooner. Not even getting the courtesy of two weeks notice at this point.

Other airlines have their awards before we start even start bidding. Fix that, and the problem is addressed. As background, LUAL's bidding window was pushed later in the month as a concession in bankruptcy as it gave marketing more time to "tweak" the flight schedules. I'd suggest that a major airline that does not know it schedule 45 days in advance, but yet is selling tickets for those flights, has a problem. |
Bottom RSV EWR 320 guy here , did anyone else just getting the exact opposite of what they were trying to get ? Didn't know if this was a common thing due to being December and all. And no I didn't even ask for Xmas off

I strongly agree with getting the results sooner, but I think you are needlessly offering to concede a shortened bidding window as it does not address the underlaying issue:

No it wasn’t!

I will add however, that the last time I complained about this with a SSC rep the response was the company was not willing to move the monthly bid process forward for the stated reason above. I'm sure anything is negotiable.....for a price. |
