Could somebody please post a cliff notes version of the scenario that resulted in item number 3 on next month’s agenda?

A few butt hurt trouble makers trying to make trouble...If you are a member of C-57, you will be getting a council update shortly.

I read the update. The whole thing, and still don’t know what the issue is.

I haven't been butt hurt in years ... Can someone enlighten the rest of us?

From what I've heard, it's much more than that.

The third hand biased side I heard is that Capt. Barton has been engaging in activities such as changing the ALPA venue which had been unchanged for many years to a new location that is less convenient for most people who would like to attend and then not publishing the proposals that have been submitted and also not announcing the date and when the date was announced it was at a time not previously used for meetings and a time deemed by some to be a difficult time and all of that supposedly being done to keep himself in office to wit his opposition believes he arrived at the office originally through equivalent shenanigans and is trying to use shenanigans like these to make it all the way to MEC Chair and ultimately ALPA national,

BUT

I have no data or facts and am merely repeating 3rd party hearsay of the general nonsense.

The only fact I do know is that based on his writing during the SLI I, personally, do not think he should be in any current ALPA office.

Well, Joe, he wrote a letter to his council stating just that. Yet he seems to have forgotten that. Funny, his memory appears to be worse than mine.

In your enthusiasm, did you really mean for that to be one sentance? I got hypoxic reading it. :D

That was a pretty long read for someone not in C-57 and on the opposite coast to have written.

Wonder what the agenda or goal was there by SUNVOX. ;)
