Official vacancy announcement is one from 18-01v2. Guess they posted the wrong document. It closed Oct 6th.

More interestingly though, I took a quick look at the Min/Max document, it has SFO 787 Capt min at 141 with 192 max, and staffed at 192. Advance planning again, or aftermath of LAX 777 closing? There weren't really enough LAX displacements to account for all that.
