I'm with Monte until more facts are presented. Some cray cray ladies out there. Then again, she's only asking for 75k?

Probably not.

$75K is the minimum amount for filing federal suits with plaintiffs and defendants in different states. So the amount is really only a placeholder to get the ball rolling.

It is the "Daily Mail", after all- the British equivalent of National Enquirer.

Notice how she didn't begin undergoing "treatment" for ptsd until after he was acquitted in the criminal trial- thus reducing her chance for a big payoff, 7 months later.

Based on recent payoffs, I think if United doesn't settle this soon, it will die. We tend to "take responsibility" for everything.

This looks like a nuisance suit, looking for a quick buck.

If he's not flying since 2016, maybe in the HIMS program.

Pilot was fired and is not on SL. I beieve appeal process is ongoing so I will refrain from comment otherwise on that subject.

He was not jumpseating...he was on a ticket.

So a paying pax who just happened to be a pylott with a case of rappies? Sounds like a good Jerry Springer episode.

If my feeling that someone saying FDX doesn’t have a problem with potential sex offenders on its seniority list sounds douchey, so be it.
