Then you haven't been paying very close attention. All that would do is embolden the pilots AGAINST what management wants. They have already retreated on their momentary violation of two extra UAX aircraft.

To me it's a little worrisome that the Company is willing to commit to airplanes that are currently a violation of our Scope. I think that is a big gamble by the Company. I will not vote yes on any TA that contains any relaxation in Scope. I won't even read the rest of the TA because it will already be unsat.
