AVML- Asian Vegetarian Crew Meal
Does anybody know what you get if you choose this for Breakfast or Lunch/Dinner?
Also, is it good?

I have been getting it for lunch and dinner and can't really tell the difference between the two. Often comes with garbanzo beans as well as other types, pita type bread as well as other veggies.
