Airbus ANR headset users
Most of the ANR headset advice out there seems to be limited to the 737 fleet, so I’m just loooking for some reviews from those of you who choose to wear a headset on the Airbus. I realize that wearing a traditional ANR headset would put me in the minority in the Airbus, but it still seems loud to me and I’m trying to keep what’s left of my hearing!
I’ve been looking at the following models, but if you’ve had success with other ANR sets, feel free to add them:
DC Pro-X
Bose A20
Bose ProFlight
Telex Airman 8
Thanks in advance for the replies.

I use the DC Pro-X. It works great, but I rarely use the ANR. Most guys still wear the ear dicks, so I have to pull an ear cup back. It’s still comfy, though. I’d buy it again.
I keep hoping some day guys will come to their senses and ditch the 1960’s era ear plugs. I’m sick of saying “huh?” to the guy I’m flying with all the time. 1st world problems I guess.

I’ve been using the telex 850 for a few years on the bus . Easy to store , no batteries , light weight , works with captains that use the terrible oem headset or guys who do bring their own . Dan commonly find them used online and just get new ear pads and boom cover .
