I heard Kirby wants no profit sharing. We will be moving to a "lottery bonus"

We are pretty close YTD with last year so I’d expect similar 6-7%

Lower oil prices this quarter should help out as well.

I’d rather have less profit sharing and triple the widebodies. But that’s just me. Ever ask yourself why their profit sharing is so high?
They don’t jusy outsource the low end flying, they outsource the top end flying too. Yeah they’re using the 717s and buying new NB aircraft, but they still do it.

We don't have triple the widebodys.

You’re right. We have more lol. Only top rate plane DAL has is the 777. So to compare apples to apples

DAL 777-18
UAL 777-92

I know they think it’s some big deal that Double Augments are 2CA 2FO and our DA under 16 are 1CA 3FO, but that’s peanuts.

We also have 39-787 and a few 767-400s that pay higher than theirs.

But yeah they get higher profit sharing. I’ll keep the planes. Our pilots get paid even when profits are down.

The A350’s pay less than their 777’s?
