When you go in there for that UAL interview, you have to portray you want the job, ie don't portray you are on the fence about leaving F9.

That doesn't tell the whole story. I know someone who is one of the most junior FO's in DEN, bid reserve for January, and was forced into a line because senior pilots wanted reserve.

That is true. Look them in the eye and tell them “I want to work for United”. I got a CJO a couple years ago. I was also on the fence going into the interview, but you have to shake that off and commit during the interview. It was a great experience, and I enjoyed my time there. Good people. Make the most of it.

We get it, UAL turned you down and you’re a SWA fan boy now.

We have three year captains on the bus and 737. DEN just got a 787 base. Enjoy your 17 leg three days.

PS 283 is today it is reasonable to be 15 percent higher at the minimum

Never interviewed at UA. I’m an AS Captain. What’s wrong with SWA? One simple observation about a guy I jumpseated with is met with all sorts of defense mechanisms. This guy is Frontier and maybe DEN based? If so, that was pertinent info for someone giving up 44% in hopes of a DEN base movement. Everyone knows the big 3 today have <3 yr CAs in some bases.
