check your depends on employee res
When the new employee res system kicked off some issues with dependents on the website.
My wife's name was oddly changed and middle and first name merged to form one odd name. Then, TSA pre check was lost.
Trying to restore both. A royal PITA.
Check your dependents and their pre check status.

My dependent screen also shows a child of mine not having healthcare yet he’s signed up on the benefits site.
Never a problem and I’m too afraid to change it

Checking the names makes me think of the monitors at each gate showing passenger names for upgrade and standby. Last three letters of first name, followed by First name initial.
