Is there any?

I'm guessing the people who like TDYs are commuters who just like the free PS5Bs and a little extra perdiem and the $25 a day. Am I missing anything?

You’ve pretty much got it. It’s a great deal for commuters. Positive space, hotels, and per diem starts when you leave your house.

It's not round the clock unless you remain there for the entire month. If you go home on your days off the clock stops. And have fun figuring out their spreadsheet.

Getting them to pay you the per diem is another story. Best of luck.

You got me to drop what I was doing and immediately log into CCS to see if a TDY was being offered. I fully expect some coming up early summer and just hope to hold it.:cool:

Just remember that if you get a TDY, you bid your schedule at the seniority you hold at the TDY location, which could be significantly different than your domicile.
