That was SOP at Precious airline, the Parking break release wasnt till clearance to push was given . I don’t control that here so actually I have no clue what the FOM guidance is here . I ll have to look it up .

The OP of this thread probably has an agenda in mind by bringing up this 45 minute thing. I don't know what it is, but I know this, it can't be about safety because that's our number one job no matter what the contract says.
Of course the intent may be the fact we are now past our amendable date and by pushing the limits to get the job done within 45 minutes may be not worth all the effort, again safety is NEVER compromised EVER!
I'll put it another more direct way; why should anyone go out of their way to make things happen safely, but at an above normal pace? Management was given "45" minutes (metaphorically) and yet they could not complete a contract on time with the most central employee group.
Maybe that's what the OP was really trying to get at and not trying to find out how you all run your cockpits in a safe manner.
You all decide.

I love the Mr Magoo types who leave their hotel room exactly at van time, have to stop at the front desk for a coffee and paper or to complain, confuse the van driver by telling him his destination and not knowing a flight number while his FO is sitting in the correct van, and then argue with the van driver over where kcm/security is and being "late." Just flew with a guy who complained about everything and was just a walking cluster everywhere he went. "I am going to pdr this... This is unacceptable." The guy could make the easiest process into an ordeal with his constant level of confusion and lack of tact. 45 min is about right and our van times have usually been sorted with plenty of trial and error. That guy needs about 1:15 because he is special but we can't cater to the <1%. He Will be rushed no matter how long he has.
