I can’t attest to my personal experience. But I have 2 friends hired in the past year at United and both had roughly:
*6,000 Total Time
*2,000 TPIC
*121 Check Airman
*4 year degree completed in 4 years with above 3.0 GPA.
...I also know a few more with the same quals and can’t score an interview.
