Avg days off vs credit?

What is a ballpark credit for a 737/320 for you guys? And how many days off work is that?

Thanks

Why? You thinking of making the jump over from Southwest?

It’s really all over the map based on seniority and month. Summer is probably averaging 82 hours of credit with 14-15 days off. Slow months are probably averaging 74 hours of credit with 15-16 days off. This is for “relatively senior” Pilots.

When you’re junior, you can easily get your credit time forced on you by PBS. In that case, expect 87-88 hours in summer with 13-14 days off, and 70-72 hours in slow months with 17ish days off.

No I'm really just trying to get informed as our contract 2020 is right around the corner.

Like Photo said it's "all over the map". I'm senior on the 320. I've had 89 hours in 13 days in the same month that junior guys had 89 hours in 17 days. I think the tell is the min guarantee. We have 5 hours min per calendar day. In the old days contracts had "duty rigs" that made pay per day even better, but I'm not sure if negotiators today have "duty rigs" high on their list of priorities.

Does Southwest have daily mins?
