I think what is really import here is the fact that someone got paid millions more than you will ever make, to take the existing livery and make it all blue and make the straight line a little wavy.

Well. Tomorrow we will know what the next branding of our airline will be.
Any guesses? I’m imagining some form of the 787 scheme with different colors and that’s about it. No tulip. (RIP) Also, how will this affect profit sharing? Asking for a friend. Ewwwwwwww... |

I wish we would bring back the "Tulip" because it's iconic and historic!!!

It was absolutely necessary. Not only was the old look dated, but a fresh start was needed to move past all the PR of the past year and a half. Though, by reading the comments you’d think pilots should be entitled to the entire marketing budget.
At least this job looks like someone put some thought into it. At one point right before BK, Delta had planes in at least three different branding configurations, maybe even four if you counted "sky team" as well. |
I guess I don't pay enough attention because I literally can't tell the difference. United on the side - check. Globe on the tail - check. Same same.
