Ace Express Transportation

Has anyone brought their family on the Ace Van?

My family is coming to Denver for a couple of days and wants to visit the training center.

Hand the driver $10 when they arrive and it will be fine.

And wear your seatbelt. I was onboard for a minor accident and watched a pilot get thrown out of the seat. Lucky she wasn’t hurt.

Family is eligible to ride the shuttle. No need for an excessively large tip, unless you enjoys Kathy’s stories about her kids, cats, telling you not to bump your head, etc.

If you bring your family to training with you on your flight in you can expense an Uber Black to the DoubleTree or Sheraton. You can also do this when alone. The bus stop is non compliant.

She does give an excellent pre departure briefing. 😄

$10 for the entire family just seems like a fair tip no matter how you look at it. It’s not excessive to me, but obviously you can do what you believe is best.

Besides the past practice of getting it paid for the last 3 years?

This can't be the first time you have heard of this. It's been covered.

Take an Uber to the hotel or don't. You'll get paid, which is correct, if you take an Uber Black.

It doesn't go nonstop to the hotel. I'm sure there are other things, but that immediately comes to mind.

Not saying 10$ is excessive for a family, just pointing out that there is no need to grease the wheels with the drivers. Family is allowed to ride the shuttle.
