This wasn't about winning but rather making the integration about as right as it could be. If you think you lost then you have no idea what losing is.

Reading through the court documents posted on the UAL forum tells much more of the story. This guy was hired by Legacy UAL back in 1995. He failed training and was fired, then settled with UAL for an “undisclosed sum.” UAL wanted to avoid lengthy litigation and paid him to go away. Obviously, he’s had a bone to pick with United for many years. Let me add that as a former employee of DENTK, for a minority candidate to fail training is pretty telling of his skills.
