Submit App while waiting on Recs?
 

Looking for advice:

My app is ready to submit, however I’m waiting on about 3-4 recommendations to come into the system. Should I submit with only 1 recommendation on my app or wait for the others to come in before submitting?

I’m just not sure if submitting with only 1 recommendation would look bad.

Full disclosure: I know it was my fault for waiting so long to reach out for recommendations...

My availability date is 1 November.

Don’t wait. As the recs are submitted, they will act as updates.

Submit as soon as it is 100% proofread and checked for errors. Letters of rec are just a bonus and they never go bad or expire.
