Default DL’s better PR department

It seems anytime we have something go wrong on one of our express flights, it’s always reported as “.....aboard a United airlines flight”.

Anytime DL has something go wrong on a DL connection flight, the regional parter is quickly identified, de-emphasizing the Delta part. They must have a better PR machine to ours.

Airline crew allegedly refused to accommodate traveler with autism. Now, they've been grounded.

This is why I used to cringe when I would hear Captains say,” We are here to back you up if you have any problems with the passengers just let us know what you want to do,”. I have had more then one crazy train I had to derail with a crew meeting.

They also had a nosegear 757 landing right after us with equal or greater airframe damage and I barely heard a word about it.
