Massive delays in US Customs?
 

I’m seeing on the news there are massive delays in ORD, IAD, etc. with the new screening procedures. Has anyone got caught up in this? Are crews exempt? Thanks.

Those pictures just make the SRL’s just look that much better. I’m glad I’m not flying until May, or June, or July............

They are saying there are three tiers of screening. I just heard that crews are exempted and you just go through Global as usual.

One lady passenger said it took five hours to get through in ORD today.

Breezed through EWR Terminal C this morning. Global was up and running.

passengers allowed in global entry also?

It appeared so. Didn’t see any CDC personnel but I heard B had a large presence.

Through Newark today... global entry and Mobile Passport closed... everyone through the line except for crew line. It only took another 15-20 minutes to get through the CDC and Customs... very controlled... they did a great job.

No wait of any kind for crew in IAD today - can’t speak to what the passengers experienced.
