United Sued for Packing NFL Charters With Young, Blond Crews
C’mon... that’s just good business. Gotta keep up with best practices.

If I’ve done multiple charters and they’ve done none, where is the experience? I believe United does NFL charters for ten teams, I’ve done at least seven of those so I think I have a pretty good handle on what the cabin crews look like.

last season I brought in the flight attendants to MCI who were doing the Chiefs charter out the next day. The youngest one might have been 40. And a variety of hair and skin and races. Not sure there was a blonde at all.
and the couple of sports charters I’ve done (non nfl) were normal crews. A mix of young and old and senior/ junior etc. I’ve heard there is a “list” of approved crew (pilots and flight attendants) for the Washington Football team as the same ones tend to be doing the charters.
one would think it would be pretty easy to look at the crews doing the trips and see if the complaint has merit. The counter point is it’s a charter, the team gets to pick what they want. So is it really about discrimination? Or are they just upset they aren’t on the list?
